Same thing happened to me...dumb dealership didn't listen to my request to leave it off. I got plugs from http://www.bumperplugs.com/...looks pretty good and the paint color matches perfectly with my DG coupe. Sorry no pics.

You can also get plugs at home depot that would work. My solution was just to replace the bumper with the Nismo

I may try the depot one first, if they dont look good then ill get the other more expensive one
Who in Cali is riding around w/o the front plate? Originally I was thinking of leaving it on but car does look better w/o it...but now im paranoid that I will get stoped by the cops,...after all I did get stoped in my Prelude

I am riding around without a front plate. The only reason i did not want to mount the front plate is because i do not want to drill holes into the bumper. I also don't want to spend so much on a tow hook adapter. I think I'm going to find some other alternatives. I don't want that ticket either.

i don't have front plates. dealer didn't install them. picked the car up end of dec and he told me they were required by law to provide the brackets but didn't have to actually install until 05. glad i got it when i did. even if you get pulled it's not a big deal to not have the plates.

Same situation with me... Dealer didn't go with my request not to punch the holes... But luckily... I have an IP and it doesn't really stick out... plus people on the streets only se my tail lights anyways... hahaha... joking...

all the cali ppl dont want it... it can be used to get them out of a ticket... a fix it ticket rather than a speeding ticket... thats what some ppl posted when this topic was brought up...

another way to cover them is go to kash and karry, get those circular stickers, then use that bottle of paint you get with your car then use that and color the dot sticker... then put those on... someone did that and it looks perfect, it costed him about 1 dollar...

A good body shop can fill them in and repaint with good results.
