Steering drift/compression rod TSB

I have a 4/2003 built coupe and just noticed steering pull to right problem on highway. Anyone get this TSB implemented on their coupe? Were there any other complications after the fix? Do you need front end realigned after the fix? I have like 400 miles on my coupe and want to get this fixed before abnormal tire wear. Thanks.

Re: Steering drift/compression rod TSB

i just had it done last week. no alignment or other service required as far as i know. the constant pull to the right was not severe, but noticeable and annoying. bottom line, dealer had to have the part overnighted, installed it, and it was corrected, no more pull to the right. Now, (as it should) when you let go of the wheel it may go straight, left, or right, depending on road conditions. Before it was ALWAYS to the right immediately. Get it done before your tires wear unevenly!

Got mine done as well!
The hardest part is convincing the dealer that it's not the road pull.
