got my G, but I have a question?

I noticed after driving it for like 15 miles, toward the end of the ride before I went home I smelled a rubbery/smokey smell. I opened the hood and noticed the smell still. I turned the car off and couldn't figure out what it was..

Any ideas? Should I take it back to the dealer?

It's the undercoating burning off....completely normal, had it on other new cars of different makes. The "other new car smell" -- enjoy it while it lasts.

I'm at 80 miles (over several days in 100+ heat), mine seems to have burned-off most of the smell. Garage just smells like a new car now when I walk in.
