About to buy 04 6mt, have a few concerns. HELP!!!!!

He said he would let it go for about $26,700, but I would rather pay a little more now for one with less miles and one that does not have these problems. But then again, even if I buy one in good condition, anything can happen down the line. I think Im just going to find another one. Its going to be my daily driver and I dont have time for minor problems like that. Thanks again for your input everyone, oh ya btw....this forum kicks as*!!!
