and you have to admit that it's one of the best lookin', best runnin' "bags of loose nuts and bolts".
Like you implied, it's nothing to get too bent about.
Enjoy.

I think every car comes with squeaks and rattles. Coming from a 2003 Acura TL Type S, the day I drove it off the lot the driver seat belt squeaked like crazy! It drove me nuts, I took it to the dealer three times. They replaced something on it that worked for a week and the squeaking came back. There was a rattle behind the driver vent that wouldn't quit. They even pulled the whole dash out and still couldn't find it. Then there was the rattle coming from the subwoofer casing on the back dash that was annoying. I say this to say that I don't think any car comes without rattles or squeaks. I am a member on the TL forum and I see the new TL's have just as many rattles and squeaks as mine did. It happens. I'm thinking they just don't build them like they use to, my CRX or Civic never rattled or squeak (weird).

Lexus Schmexus. My IS300 was noise free, until I lowered it and put 19's on it. That put it at same ride hieght and spring stiffness as the G as well as the same tire/wheel size. NOW it squeaked, squaked and rattled to my hearts desire. Singing the rattle blues all day long drove me to put it back to stock form. Infiniti does a pretty decent job with noises while using thier stiff suspensions and extremely low profile tires.
