Congratulations.
I have a 2004 performance stock 6MT, I wonder how would I do. Guess I'm gonna have to go and find out myself. Anybody raced 03-04 6MT totally stock in 1/4?

What i was doin was pulled the ebrake.. probally reved to 4000ish.. then poped it.. i think anyways
But 1 run( and this aint the first time it happened.. i tried doin a burnout once before). the clutch STUCK to the ground.. whats that all about??

Thats the deal some people have had with their 6MTs. Clutch doesn't grab.

4000rpm... dang.. that's high... MaybeI should try reving that high... I usually launch at 1500-2500... with my weak attempt to feather the clutch...

Great time even for a seasoned racer. Kudos. As someone said, cooler temps will yield more hp thus better times.

Some drag strips have a slight dip at the beginning of the track. The Pomona Fairgrounds definitely did. When you compete on the same course as these 5000+ HP Top Fuel monsters, there is some inherent wear and tear on the track. Not holding a brake somewhere can easily cause you to roll through the timing lights inadvertantly.
