If you drive with the voice guidance off most of the time when using your NAV like I usually do and you want to turn it on quickly Just hit settings and then Voice. No need to scroll down and hit enter. I just did it by accident and thought it ws pretty cool but I'm eaisly amused so...........

 

I haven't found any control or menu item anywhere to turn off the voice. All I've found is a volume control that only goes down to fairly soft but not off. And the "voice" button just repeats the last command. The only way I've found to shut the lady up is by retracting the screen temporarily. She starts yacking again as soon as it's popped back up. Where's the voice-off control?

 

If you can find the volume control then you've found the right place bro. Setting>scroll down to the bottom where the Volume control is push enter to cancel voice guidance. Push again to activate it again along with the little green square showing its' activation.
