Should I or Shouldn't I

Should I or Shouldn't I
Ok folks after spending the last 2-3 hours doing research on this site and abroad I can't seem to make a decision on Going FI. So far the only decision I have made is that if I go FI I wan't to go Supercharged just because it seems to be lower maintenance and less stress for a daily driver. But now I can't figure if I wan't Vortech or Stillen. I know stillen has the hood but I'll get over it. And stillen seems to be better with warranty and such. But the deal is Miller Infinti Quoted me $7200.00 for a Stillen stage 2 fully installed and I dunno for me it sounds high but it does come with a piece of mind. But the thing that bothers me is that if I get the stillen I'm not sure if I'll be happy with the performance afterwards after all I have a 5AT and for 7k I'm not exactly sure how fast I'll really be. My assumption is that since I owned an M3 before I want my G to be as fast or faster then my M3 but based on what I'm reading I don't think it will be so that leave me a little confused what do you guys think should I or shouldn't I? and also if I go FI I don't wan't to buy a million other things to make **** work right other then maybe an exhaust and a tranny valve body upgrade other then that there wont' be any more mods. So people let me know what you think?

If you get the Vortec with a 9 lb. pulley you should easily be able to reach the very low 13's or high 12's (depends on the drivers skill) on stock tires. That is smack dab in the middle of the best E46 M3 times I've seen. You could go MUCH MUCH faster on slicks, but traction with 350-400rwhp is going to be 'challenging' on the streets.
BTW, a Vortec installed will out perform a stillen stage 3 in the 1/4 mile as far as 'fastest times' are concerned. Many guys on my350z.com have installed the Stillen S/C and swapped it out due to it not performing as well as they would have liked. Stillen is good for low end grunt but they lack the top in linear push that the Vortec possesses.
If I were to buy a S/C today, I would not even consider the Stillen. Don't forget to factor in the price of the hood and possibly the bumper.
Give this thread a day or two and I'd be really surprised if the Vortec votes don't out number the Stillen votes by 4 to 1. Post this poll on my350z.com's FI forum and you'll get a huge vote for the Vortec.

ProCharger
I've been looking at the ProCharge. That's the way I'm thinking about going. Not sure I like the Stillen roots charger for the fact that you have to add a hood LUMP. I believe in leaving the outside as stock as possible and building a SLEEPER.
What about a 150 ( or more ) shot of NOS ???
Are the internals forged on our motors ( '05 G35 AT )???
