hey so my buddy got me a nismo license plate frame for my bday. i really like how it looks opposed to my dealer plate.

would it be stupid to have a nismo plate frame on my car when i have no nismo parts installed? maybe i should get the nismo cai for $300 to justify my $25 license plate frame lol

Not stupid at all, just think of it as instead of advertising for your dealer, to advertise for something a bit more eye-appealing...NISMO. But putting a NISMO sticker on your car would be retarded ofcourse...

I do free advertising for my dealer.. and I have dealer stickers too Nismo frame on a stock car is kinda weird tho.. And what does Nismo sell for the G in the US anyway? Grounding kit, intake and a $2100 exhaust? But if your dealer frame is plastic, get rid of it even if you don't put the nismo on.

PS Buy the Nismo bumper, not the intake cause nobody is going to know the intake is there

I just have a SKYLINE frame on the rear plate. Does that mean I have to convert my whole car to a JDM Nissan Skyline?

there really is noting wrong with popping on a NISMO license plate frame. Kenchan makes a good point about the friend thing. You may just run into some guys that wanna do some foolery and assume that you have NISMO parts. But depending on where you live, what time you drive, and this and that, i think you'll be good to go. It's a nice little aesthetic improvement. As a matter of fact...i think i might just go get one myself
