don't put airfreshener in your car. That will only mix with the smell, and you will have a pine forest that smells like puke.

Use lysol and neutal air, maybe baking soda, to disenfect and get rid of the smell. Don't try to cover it up.

EEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUU,
Take it to a detail shop -- pay them $50 and let them do it.

This guys right. I own a detail shop and I know that the longer it stays there, the more it will soak into your leather. I would wipe most of it off with a damp cloth or something then take it to a detailing shop and let them condition it.

As far as cleaning solutions to use, I really have no idea, but you have to take care of it as soon as possible!

Good luck.
I agree. When you vomit, you are bringing up some very powerful acid from your stomach which will do a lot of damage to leather. Hell, if you let it sit there long enough it would probably perforate the leather. As far as the stench is concerned, you'll be able to greatly minimize the smell and with deodorizers mask it, but it's going to take a loooong time to eliminate it completely.

I mean when someone vomits, it doesn't come instantly. The bad feeling exists well before you vomit. Stupid, inconsiderate people .

Being the father of 2 young children, I've had my share of throw up accidents on the carpet, the couch, on rugs and clothes, in grout (not good) and yes, even in the cars...

This is really simple to clean up. The hardest part is being man enough to dive right in there and not puke yourself...

First, do what speed said. Get up all of the chunks. Then get out all of the liquid you can with a damp cloth. From there wipe down the leather really well. Now, move onto the Leather Cleaner and Leather Conditioner of your choice. After the leather is ok, move onto the carpet areas. Get as much as possible up with rags, shop vacs, what ever you can get your hands on. From there the magic of Febreeze is all you need. This will neutralize the odors (not cover them up) and the odor will be gone if you've got up all of the puke.

The windows down, sunroof open trick is a good one to implement during the first 24 hours, just to help air out the car.

Finally, once the odor is gone and all you smell is clean carpet and leather conditioner/cleaner your G will be as good as new.

Oh yeah, don't forget to clean out the old towels and the shop vac or you'll just have moved the problem to another area.
