This is really simple to clean up. The hardest part is being man enough to dive right in there and not puke yourself...

First, do what speed said. Get up all of the chunks. Then get out all of the liquid you can with a damp cloth. From there wipe down the leather really well. Now, move onto the Leather Cleaner and Leather Conditioner of your choice. After the leather is ok, move onto the carpet areas. Get as much as possible up with rags, shop vacs, what ever you can get your hands on. From there the magic of Febreeze is all you need. This will neutralize the odors (not cover them up) and the odor will be gone if you've got up all of the puke.

The windows down, sunroof open trick is a good one to implement during the first 24 hours, just to help air out the car.

Finally, once the odor is gone and all you smell is clean carpet and leather conditioner/cleaner your G will be as good as new.

Oh yeah, don't forget to clean out the old towels and the shop vac or you'll just have moved the problem to another area.
I have never tried but have heard that citrus cleaner (i.e. lemon juice) works well on organic odors. You could try that before using the leather cleaning and conditioner.

...or go here to buy this Urine-off since urine is a "biohazard" too.

Good Luck!!

I had this happen to me about two months ago, however, it was my fiance who did the damage! I immediately got all of the chunks and liquid up that night. Next day I went out and got a "pet stain" remover of some kind. This is absolutely necessary if you want to kill the smell. It is a enzyme based cleaner specifically for organic mess. I completely doused the seat so that it soaked into the foam through the perfs. Opened the windows and let sit for the entire day. Had to detail each and every perforation to get rid of every single piece. After about three days of repeated cleanings and conditioning, the smell eventually went away. Today I can't even tell it ever happened. Check autopia.org for some reccommended pet cleaners....

good luck!
