All Black Cop Cars?
I was driving down a street and this guy ops out of nowhere so I swerve to the right and this guy got mad because I didnt stop I think. so he does some disrespectful motions with his hands. I show a sign of my own and throw out a finger. this dood ran in his car and followed me. he was tailgaiting me for like 5 mins. I thought he was gonna hit my car. it was a cop car but all black with numbers on the front bumper I think. does anyone know what this vehicle is? foo was going crazy.

Emergency lights as in yellow flashers or police emergency lights (ie takedown red/blue lights)? If he hit his red/blue i'm a little surprised you didn't pull over, thats a felony for not stopping, but then again he would have kept them on and called for backup. I bet it was just a guy in a black crown vic turning on his yellow emergency lights trying to get you to stop so he could beat the hell out of you.

Not racist but I saw a bunch of Mexican guys blazing in a Crown Vic Police addition. Or maybe it was a 500? I'm not sure but the car looked awesome and FAST. So basically anyone can buy a Ford all black police car.... nicce

I doubt it was a police car. The numbers on the front bumper could mean a fleet vehicle, taxi, car service vehicle, etc. Even unmarked cars have hidden red/blue lights in order to make traffic stops and respond to emergency calls. Sounds like you pissed someone off and he wanted you to pull over for an @ss whoopin'. Good thing you kept on going.

speaking of weird color cop cars...on the drive to work this working...I saw an electric purple (like the GS-R integra purple) cop car...no joke...it was the same Ford cop car as every other one...but the cop lights were on the inside back window and not on the top...and I'm sure it was a cop car because I saw the computer and a shotgun next to him...
