When I bought my 6mt from Holman I had a firm price for the car before I ever walked into the dealership. I dealt with Robb Tagalini there and we came up with the price on the phone (500 over invoice) and he stuck to it. When I went in to buy the car we took a 2004 6mt for a test drive becuase none of the 2005's were in yet and he actually encourged me to drive the car hard to make sure I liked it. After the test drive I filled out the paperwork and was on my way. The car arrived at the dealership the next week. I had to wait for the snow to clear before I took delivery.
Willow Grove offered the best relationship from a deal/hassle/interaction standpoint. Walt Haeberle was really decent to work with and I worked out an awesome 'deal'. Watch the trade-in manager though, these guys all seem to be the rotten ones in most dealerships. I guess they have to be that way, after all they are just trying to negotiate the best profit for themselves too.
I was trading in a top of the line '98 Lexus LS 400, with Nav, in excellent condition. The trade manager came over and offered 5k- I pushed myself away from the salesrep's table and said "I'm going to the Porsche dealership, seeya!".
Boy did he jump and change his tune quickly. 5 minutes later he came back and offered 15k! It's just a game they have to play. Just know what your ride's worth, the Kelly value, resale value, etc.. My Lexus was easily worth 15 -19000, so I took the 15k and negotiated a lower sale price for my coupe.
Still, I would go back to WG for another.
Finally, the service manager is cool guy who understands about the mods and won't hassle you if you want to hop up your new G. Good luck

I purchased mine from Ardmore.
Worst sales experiance I have ever had!
I wrote Infiniti and told them to send the people at Ardmore to an Acura dealer to learn how to treat customers.
I got my 04 there because ;
1 they had it in stock
2 they matched the best internet price I had. I had to walk out , and have the sales Manager call me back in to get it.
It wasn't fun, but got my price.
Tough place to take a test drive

Got mine from Holman too....Did most of the haggling online....Got it for $500 over invoice, but the dealer made a mistake and I ended up gettin it for a lil over $300. 2 of my friends also went in there and my sales guy gave them $500 over invoice...I guess the real challenge now is to get it for invoice....
Hi guys, I'm trying to get a 05 manual coupe and tried calling Holman. Unfortunately Robb was on holiday that day and when I talked to another sales, he says that its impossible to sell one to me for 500 above invoice. He even said that its impossible to sell it for 1000 over invoice. Is there any technique that I should use when calling to buy the car?? I won't be able to go to the dealership until late August and I really hope to be able to get everything settled by then. And I was also hoping that they would be able to ship the car to me to Pittsburgh. Thanks.
I got mine from Holman Infiniti in Maple Shade. They weren't too good. I waited 2 weeks for them to get my 05 6mt coupe in with full aero kit and black on black with no nav. Long story short the car came in and was NAKED!!! not even the rear spoiler and they didnt know when they could get the parts in so they gave me an even better deal on a fully loaded one with full aero and nav and premium but it had the light interior whatever its called!! Other than that I liked them just frustrating cause I wanted the car asap!! Kinda off topic but is there anyone in this area that has an exhaust that would meet with me so I could hear it? Im looking into getting one and if I could hear one it would help! Sound clips dont do any justice to exhausts all the time! If so please pm me or post and also what exhaust u have! Thanks in advance!
I got mine at the West Chester dealership back in January and it wasn't exactly the best experience. As a matter of fact it was pretty crappy. The sales guy was a bit of an idiot and didn't know the answers to some of the technical questions I had. He also forgot to factor in the payoff on my loan when calculating the original price. His first number came back at $24k. HA! Sold! Dumbass. The finance guy was an even bigger moron. What should have been a 20 minute write up took over two hours because he kept putting in the wrong amounts, address, name, prices, etc. The delivery also took a week longer than they promised because they didn't communicate with the transfer dealership properly. However, they did end up giving me exactly what I wanted for my trade and the price was right in the end. I have several oil changes and I just dropped the car off today for the automatic window issue. I haven't had any problems with the service department at all. Overall, the dealership is really nice, big, convenient, and modern. Some of the sales staff could use a little retraining though.

So far I have had no problems with mine, just looking for "heads up".
Thanks
It seems to be pretty common. There's a thread on here about it. Basically, when you put the window up, it goes all the way up and then goes back down about halfway. The only way to keep the window up is to hold the power button up for about 30 seconds after it closes. The motor and sensors have to be replaced. You'll know when it's going to happen when you open your door and the window doesn't go down a little bit any more.
