I laid down the smack on one last night. Twice...
I was at a red light at an intersection that was just before the intersection to get on the freeway. A Prelude (most recent generation) came up behind me then he swung to the rigt of me as if he wanted to get in front of me. When the light changed I heard him peel out. I gunned it and he had to get behind me. Well the intersection to get on the freeway has two left turn lanes that both merge into one lane before merging onto the freeway. Well the guy must have been a glutton for punishment. Instead of getting behind me he gets into the lane that eventually ends. So he peels out again squeeling his tires as he takes the 90 degree angle to get straight onto the merging lane. I pace him just to allow him to stay beside me so that when we get into the straitaway I would just leave him behind. And leave him I did. He had to get behind me again but he this time he had plenty of room. About a quartermile later he does a ricer flyby. ...
all of this was done with a passenger in my car and I also forgot and left my AC on.

As a side note about 2 miles down the freeway an M3 pulls up beside me and paces me for a time. I left him alone.

Thats my point it wasn't a regular Civic obviously he had done stuff to it; what I'm not sure but it didn't sound stock at all. Anyway it was my first race i guess you could say so thanks for the support PDX. Everyone else flame away if you wish.

Funny thing is, now i pull next to 911's and AMG's and do the same thing...heh heh

That is so true. I had a Tiburon try me one night at a light. We go at it and 2 minutes later, he pulls up to me at the next light. He said, " I know I didn't have a chance, but I just had to see you run."

LOL what does that mean?

All day long we hear about people testing their cars against other cars. All ages too.

I'm 33 and i have nothing to prove but i will probably run my car against another some day just to see how it handles. Does that make me immature? i wouldnt think so.

What was the point of your comment?

sheesh
