Resin based swirl remover...... removes more than swirls..if you know what I'm gett'n at

Does yours look like the paint is "raised" were the bird poop was? If it does, it's like mine. Which means it's basically phucked. I took my car to a few detailers and to a couple of body shops. The consensus was to repaint. I never park under trees anymore. One thing that is interesting though is that they all told me that the paint must be really soft for bird poop to do that much damage. By the way, it was on the hood for only about an hour. And I zaino regularly. Good luck.

If a regular bug/tar remover doesn't work, use a fabric softener sheet along with some detail spray and it will dissolve all that crap away.
