03 Telescoping steering wheel

Does the 03 have it? Someone on CraigsList is selling his and lists this as one of the features? Am I not looking under the dash enough? Am I asking too many questions in one post? Should I stop now?

no it doesn't
really wish it did, i'm tall, so seat is far back, but i wished the steering wheel could come closer to me.
