leaving the G family PICS

I tried posting this in the for sale section but for some reason it kept saying I didn't have access to start a thread, so if this is the wrong section I apologize.

I am sadly parting with my 03.5 Diamond Graphite 6mt g35 coupe.

The car is loaded, graphite interior, premium package, aero package, and navigation. The car (no lie) has 3500 miles on it. I do not have any pictures of it right now(camera is dead), but it is completely stock except for 20% tint all around. The car is in perfect condition.

I am asking for $30,500 for it. This is basically still a brand new car(still smells new).

Anyone interested, I am located in CT.

I have searched in the area that I live and cars of this nature(03) are going around the same price, some are less but that is due to thier many more miles.

There isn't many cars that have the low miles this cars has.

No flaming intended, but what do you think it should go for figuring prem package, aero, 6mt, and navigation with 3,500 miles?

Thanks

LOL, second post. It does seem fair, but I think it will take some time selling it at that price....

You may be alittle high. I would say $29,000 firm. Check out kbb and edmunds. The key thing to remember is that when a car is used the accessories you have (ie. navi, premium, bose, etc) can be almost meaningless. It's the car's condition that really matters.

seems like price is fair, could be a little lower.

given that a new 05 fully loaded will run 36k-37k.

Thats a great price. You can sell it at that price if you are patient.

Thanks for your opinions, I appreciate it.

This is the first car I've sold before so I don't want to rip people off but it is hard to let something go that you have paid so much for.

I will see what happens.

it's hard to lose money, but don't forget...cars are not investments. Property, houses, condos are investments are should see a appreciation. Cars depreciate, be glad you have a g35 coupe that hold it's value better than others. Buy a new car and driving it off the lot is usually about a 10% drop in price. That's just the nature of cars. Next time if you dont' want to lose as much, trying buy a one or two year old car that has already depreciated the intial amount.

BTW: I have a blk on blk 03 6mt with 20k, and I'll be lucky if I get 27,900 for it, and that's in the so cal market (where prices are higher)

Darn. You mean this car ain't worth a dime with all options and only 3K on the clock? I thought they hold value better than others. OK, anybody want a 04 with 5K on the clock with all options? You can have it for $34K. I will be parting it as soon as possible and get back to the Gernans. Frankly, this car is very disappointing.
