The cooling off period in most states applies only to items/services sold to you in your home (in some cases, by phone). Some retailers offer a return policy, but I've never heard of one on cars. Once you sign the car deal, it's done as to price.

If it is a legitimate over charge, considering labor.
You can get their attention if you are willing to spend a little time.
Picket the dealership holding signs. Be honest with your beef or you can be sued.
But, this will get their attention big time. Go in first and explain your situtation calmly and professionaly. If you don't get some kind of satifaction, let them know they will see you out front the next morning and afternoon drive time till you are satisfied. You may even make the news.
This would be a huge nightmare for them.

Just let it go. $580 over a course of how many years you own the car's not
going to mean anything. enjoy your ride. lessen learned, just don't make the
same mistake next time.
