Well we closed the deal on the following:

Price out the door was just under 36K, we paid less than MSRP. The car is at the dealer, we will be picking it up shortly.

Our local dealer was willing to go $1000 Off MSRP if you ordered the car, we didn't want to wait to order. They also gave us the run around, so I wouldn't recommend them. I caught them in at least a half dozen lies, some of them right to my face. I dread going back there for service when our regularly scheduled service visits are due. Hmmm maybe I can take a road trip for service...

 

Congratulations, Ken! Nice choice of colors (DG on graphite is also my first choice, albeit with a 6MT).

I assume your "out the door price" included tax & license. What's the tax rate in your state, so I can do the math on what your actual purchase price was? ;-)

I don't mind waiting for an order to arrive, if it can save me a thousand dollars or more.

 

Well, I got my coupe for $500 off of MSRP. I was waiting on a COupe with only a sunroof. Placed an order and it was going to come in in April. Found my car in NJ ( from a fellow FreshAlloy member), and they settled on $500 off of MSRP. So, deals can be made, just let them know that you don't "need" the car, only "want" it and that you have another option if the deal doesn't go through. If you search for my post on FreshAlloy labeled something like "need Help....Quick!!!" you can see how the whole story went (I did the deal over the phone with the people from FreshAlloy helping me out).

I am searching for your post on FreshAlloy now. :-)
I am kinda uncertain if I want to keep the deal I have with this dealer. They want $5927 Canadian dollar as the trade-in value of my 97 Camry, and I have to give the dealer my car now in order to get that! (pay MRSP for the coupe)
Originally they offer me $5500 my car, and I can wait till Feb.
So now I want to tell them that I will keep my car till end of Jan of Feb.
Can I do that? or can I even tell the dealer to give me a better deal? I know I already put the deposit, but I change my mind now..

I paid $37k w/ Premium & Sports Pkg. Comes with navi & Bose Premium sound. Also had 18inch wheels chromed!!! $34-37k what's the difference. The thing is I enjoy it to the fullest!

Wolfwood - full retail in Victoria Infiniti - $47.000 = dealer prep of a thousand plus so $48. and change. Not a buck discount. Order should be here March.

Laser Red / Graphite - On Order

 

Hey, I'm kinna confused. I got the 2003.5 model which is like yours $47,000 MSRP but isn't that the same as the 2003 base plus performance package? Should the price be $45000 base + 1000 for the package? I got mine for around $45,000 + about 1K dealer prep.

 

Humm, think I got quoted the 6 M/T price by mistake. Will check.
