Yeah, emailing wasnt working, so I have been calling them since 11/30 since it was the exact 3 month date from when I got my receipt. I wish I had it in the three months, the body kit and spoiler and grille would have been on my car already. Because this is taking so damn long, I have changed my shipping address 3 times now! (I have to keep moving since school just ended for the semester)

Im not a happy camper about it... not a sad camper either but just not happy.

I am having quite an issue with Bulletproof. They said that they have no order information for me but yet, there is still one Data Systems spoiler sitting at their warehouse. Below is a few emails between me and Ben from Bulletproof. Read from the bottom up, b/c its copied from emails.

I understand what you are saying about the not following company policy. However, I should not be liable for how your staff goes about ordering procedure. I did not ask for any type of special exemption from the pre-pay status and I gave my credit card information assuming I was paying at that moment. When I asked about shipping address, the person on the phone said that they would call to finalize payment and shipping information once the product had arrived. If you look at the message board thread, it shows that my name was on the payment received list and it was posted by Andrew at 08-11-2005, 09:40 PM. My screen name is KMACHINE.

Simply stated, I am only trying to purchase an item from Bulletproof. My name was on a group buy list to receive the product, listed as “Payment Received” by Andrew (at least saying I called my CC info in) and now that it has arrived, I would like to receive the product. Someone at your company obviously allowed the order to be processed, b/c you still have one extra in your warehouse. I do not know how it fell through the cracks, but all I can say is that somewhere it did. I will give you my credit card information again, but I do not understand why you cannot give me the group price. I will be glad to pay as my card has not been charged yet, but I believe I should be charged the group price.

What I need is something from my staff indicating that you’d be included in the group buy without paying. Because doing such is a breach of our company policy, I need something written either by email, PM or online from any member of my staff authorizing that special exception for me to honor it.

Regarding the wing, I have confirmed that we have one remaining right now. I can not hold it for you, so the faster you can get me written confirmation of such an irregular and unlikely promise by our staff, the faster I can honor it. Hi, I am one of the group buy members from the G35driver.com Data Spoiler buy. I "paid" for my spot on the GB with a credit card, but have the cards been charged yet? I don't remember which credit card I used and I don't remember seeing a charge come through on my statement.

I remember hearing (when I called in my payment) that the company would call and confirm shipping addresses and such when the spoilers came in ... if the card has not been charged, can I then change the account I wish to use? I appreciate the help!

What!?!? That's messed up. Just direct them to this thread or have Andrew vouch for you. It clearly says "Payment received" next to your name in Andrew's post.

Well, when I called in my payment, I gave them my credit card information and address. Because I was in between offices (I work at multiple locations for my company), I asked them if I could change shipping addresses if I needed to. The person on the phone said that they would call once the spoilers were received to finalize payment and shipping details. I assumed this was the norm since it seemed like no big deal to them. And now I am getting penalized for it.

My credit card was never charged for the spoiler, and I am more than happy to pay the group buy price. The have one spoiler left in the warehouse from the GB and clearly it was meant for me (not just "marked" for me). But now I'm supposed to pay retail for this? I have directed Ben, the President of Bulletproof, to this thread in the emails above and that was his reply.

Pretty bad customer service in my opinion. I shouldn't be penalized for their procedural error. Just let me pay up!

Andrew, where are you? Help!

I was a bit unclear with the info in your previous email, but seeing the post you mentioned easily clarified the point. Please call us up and work with Jessica to get your CC charged and the spoiler shipped. We don’t have your CC on file here.

$345 shipped anywhere in the continental US. Cali sales tax is additional if applicable.

(we had ordered an extra 3 to be kept in stock and sold at regular price which is why we’re fortunate to have the extra one).

I really wish I could trace down exactly how this problem occurred with your billing, but even despite that I’m glad to get this resolved for you.
