grinding noise??

Well I got my car over a month ago and everything has been good. Except that the last week when I turn the car on in the morning and I reverse out of my driveway then put it in park to go after 4 seconds I hear and feel a grinding noise and it goes away, and dont happen again till I leave the car off for a long time. Anyone know what this is? I dont wanna have to take it to the dealer already but I will if I have too. My car is a 5at just fyi. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Does it sound like you just ran over a big plastic milk container and you're dragging it for about 12 feet? Cos that's what I get.
