not true, it's very well possible to make it carb legal. Alot of the tuner cars in japan are carb legal and their emissions reg. are worse than CA's. When you can make a 600hp TT car pass emissions, then its a master piece... of course buying a JDM high performance cat converter is gonna cost you an arm and a leg, but what's a few k offa 75?

Haha, just checking. That's fine. I guess it's really all preference. I know people who would rather have a 80-90 grand Skyline...personally, I'd take a 911 turbo over that any day of the week.

911 turbo is gonna 30-40 grand more than that too assuming you get it at MSRP. I'd take the $90k skyline over a $120k 911 turbo.

its all bout preferences..not really who is quicker. when u talk bout big power cars, it could be two things.. "fast" or "quick". do u want a car that can run 10 sec on teh 1/4..or would u like a car that can go 200+mph?

of course, a ferrari or lambo is not all bout how much hp it makes, how quick or fast..its more than that..thats why its so expensive. is it worth the money? well, its up to each of his/her own opinion. i think its worth it if i have the money for it!

if u want power for cheap, just get an early year crx, builld the thing up..and it will be quicker than ANYTHING on the road... u might even take out an enzo or two..lol!

btw, u can mod an exotic too.. as long as u have money, u can mod anything. btw, if money is the not the issue.. would u rather mod a G35 or a F430?
those who can afford a Ferrari wont care much bout the G35 or how fast u can mod it.
i think it takes even more ***** to mod a Ferrari or lambo... now thats even more uniq.
i mean, look at all those moded G35... most are the same. so its not really uniq anymore. everyone has the same mods inside out.. the true uniqness is when u customize everything or built everything by hand!

You're forgetting:

Build a car=keep it forever or lose your *** on cash unless you don't care

Buy a car=keep it till you're tired of it and sell it like any other car

There are pro's and con's of both. I like building a car to the point where I am happy with it but know I could spend some time in tearing it back down to sell off the aftermarket parts and sell the car stock. Hell I've done it three times because I cannot be satisfied with any car...here is 1 of them (a 2001 GTP coupe):
