If you really didn't just change your mind, you can always explain this to your dealer in a matter of fact way. He might be gratuitous with a trade in allowance. Then you also receive a bit of a tax benefit as well.

I strongly recommend you explore the possibilities! The G is worth it! Oh yeah, dealers hate it when they lose the upper hand, especially before the end of the month!

I've already recieved an offer from the dealer on my car as trade-in and they were ridiculously low. I've had a few private offers and will probably lower my price and still get more than the dealer offered. I expected to have until the end of August to sell my car and get the best offer so I don't want to take too much of a loss just to get into the 6MT now. I can wait a few more months to get a better deal on both my car and a new 6MT. Thanks for the suggestion though.

 

Not likely to get a better deal. On a 6mt, you're looking at sticker and sticker on the 04's will be $1000+ more than the 03's. Good luck though!

Where abouts in FL? Man I have been through some frustrating stuff this week. I ordered my Black G about 4 weeks ago. Salesman calls me Wed to tell me that my car will be in there Thurs or Fri. My car hasn't shown up. Now I just got a call from the Sales Manager saying that my car still has not left port and won't be here for another month. I am pissed and disappointed and want to get in a G as soon as possible.
