I am a very unhappy customer with infiniti service. Therefore, I am thinking going to nissan for oil change.

However, my G has Navi and there is an indicator program that records your maintenance schedule... I am wondering, for those navi owners who brought their G to nissan for oil change, does our maintenance program get refreshed by Nissan as well or?

No worries bro. the navi has a reminder for you to do the maintenance and is set and reset by you only.

The service department will usually reset it for you when they are done, but anyone can reset it anytime, including you. It is just a courtesy move on their part.

Good call on going to nissan, I go there for my oil changes because Infiniti service is such sh*t.
