05 aluminum dash retrofit on an 03/04?

I own a 2003 G35 coupe and really like the aluminum on the 05s. Has anyone tried a retrofit or know how well it would work?

I haven't seen anyone try it. I would imagine that the panels wouls fit just the same- the only difference would perhaps be the climate controls.

Its all different and will not fit without custom work.
