Okay guys. I followed directions from TS and removed my ECU. There was one issue though. ON TS directions, they say to squeeze a tab to remove the wiring harness. I didn't have this tab at all. Once I squeezed the black box thingy and pushed it down and out...I had no more harnesses to deal with. Can any other 2005 confirm this?

Again...i just didnt have it so I sent the ECU to TS and figured I wouldpost this to make sure I am not the only one who didn't have this clip.

 

Squeeze the two prongs together with a pair of pliers and pull on the harness. It should pop right off.

 

Squeeze what? He said he didn't have the clip... My guess is that they just forgot to add it at the factory. This stuff happens. Once I bought a car without a drivers seat.
