Canyon run? Don't be a pu$$y. Make like Colin McRae and take that thing up Pikes Peak like you mean it.

Congratulations. I like that color on the coupe!

Future mods

include a plenum spacer, pop charger/z-tube, 35% tint.
I have some clear corners on order, and when I save up some more money, 20" SPINNERS!..... lol, j/k. I really like the stock 19" wheels for now, but would like some volks at a later date... to personalize.
I would like to turbo it, but will have to do that after the warranty has expired.
I guess the Vortech would also be an option.......
What about exhaust? I think the stock exhaust sounds wicked, does the Greddy/etc really sound that much better? How much improvement in power do you really get? I just helped my friend put a Magnaflow exhaust on his Mazda6, and it really improved the sound, but it was weak to begin with.
Does the infatuation eventually wear off? I washed and waxed it last Sunday, washed it again in the middle of the week (raining here in Colorado) and washed it again today. When are the G35 Anonymous group meetings? Might have to sign up.

Hey whats up, I live in denver. Where did you purchase your coupe and how much did you pay? Im lookin to buy one, but it seems that the only dealership is Peak Infiniti. If you got a good deal up in fort collins, maybe i'll head up there and buy it.

Had to

order mine, to get the options I wanted. There is Peak Infiniti out in Englewood, and Infiniti of Denver on South Havana (Havana and Parker Rd)... the next closest is down in the Springs, in Motor City. There isn't an Infiniti dealership in Ft Collins.... which is surprising since Porsche and Audi are up there. I would recommend Peak Infiniti, but try Infiniti of Denver (maybe you'll get a better salesman, the one I had never called me back).
Also, look to Grubbs out of Euless, TX. I dealt with Gil McDaniel and he was excellent.

Oh okay, so you can order from another state and have them deliver it to your door? How does that work? So what did you finally end up paying on your athens blue??

Yeah, I ordered my Athens Blue 6mt coupe from Grubbs. Make sure you get VPP pricing!

Hey, make sure you research this. I think I've read that plenum spacers aren't doing much on the new '05 6mt engines becuase they already have reworked intakes.

Thanks for the reply Curt G, I have read through these forums over and over, and before I buy I will research the plenum spacer to death... like I do everything else.

Congrats on your order (or have you already gotten the car?), respek to the athens blue, respek to Grubbs for the VPP pricing as well.

Another note: I waxed the car with Meguiar's Gold Class last weekend... wasn't really impressed, so I stripped off the wax and used the NXT yesterday... what a difference, easier to get off and the shine and depth is incredible.... going to try some Zaino soon, but not for a few weeks.
