Point taken Coupe_MT but also, I wasn't around for the '03-'04 or the '04-'05. How was the hype for the '04's with practically no changes from the previous year? I would guess it was about the same of the '05 when there was considerable changes.

I'm not shooting down the '06-- I'm questioning the amount of hype, and the people who are waiting to buy the '06 instead of gettin a good deal on the '05

I rest my case.
How did the 05's interior center console improve over the 04's?

On my M, there is a servo motor at each rear wheel to turn the wheels 1 degree at speeds above about 30 mph, when high speed avoidance turns are encountered.
I believe you're right in saying that it is an electrically driven suspension adjustment tho.

I wasn't around for the 03-04, but I got an 04, signed-up here, and then came the 05... Many people started saying "WTF no brembos no way!" (I am guilty of this myself). I drove one, felt the improoved shift and lightened clutch (plus the eye-candy of the interior and everything) and decided I wanted one.

As for the people waiting on the '06 instead of getting a good deal on the '05, they might be waiting for the 06 to come out and THEN get the 05's at a better deal. If I had no car right now and had the money in the bank, I would get the 06 despite the good-deal factor on the 05 because I rather get a car that has 8 miles and has not been test driven by who-knows-which idiot and has not been sitting under the sun (florida) or snow (north).

It did not come with it so I have three questions for you...
1) How much did it cost?
2) Does it look as good or better than the 05's interior? (If answer is YES, show some proof as I dont believe that and if you did a DDin then #1 you are admitting that the 05's have better interior and #2 your door handles are note aluminum unless you paid for that too)
3) Is your NAV unit 7" instead of the 6.5" and pops up automatically when you turn on the car? (I bet the answer is NO).

easy killer, I'm not knocking the '05's... The '05's have a NICE insides, a lot classier than the '04's. I dont have a nav- But the brush came with the car-- It was the managers car-- He had it for 900 miles, has EVERYTHING but the stupid navy =\.

It was the only "new" '04 In the state of florida in '03 november (my bday =) )

I'm pretty sure the R34 had rear stearing where they would turn slightly. I remember that one english guy talking about that on the Top Gear video
