Strip bulbs changed to amber *nice, pics*

Changed them today, I think it looks wonderful. To get to these bulbs you have to go through the fender liner. It is a real pain in the ***, especially if you drop a bulb in their like I did..

here's the final result..

I also changed the clear bulbs in the corner lights to amber.. Upon doing that, the lense actually lights up a more darker orange to match the signal orange along with the strip orange.. now all 3 ambers are the same exact color.

hmmm, not a bad idea.......so all in all, was it worth the 2-3 hours of stress work?? hehe
Also, could you somehow take 2 more pics, both from the front, one with just the aux lights on, and the other with the low-beams on, so we can see what it looks like from head-on.
I'm assuming it will look good because of the color coordination
thanks dude

Nice. I'll have the same set-up too, as soon as I get my Amber LEDs. I'm putting those where the clearance bulbs are. I already have the clear side-markers, and a special silver bulb that lights up amber. Can't wait to see how it turns out.

He doesn't have it done yet..

I was thinking about doing amber LED's in the strip, but I'd rather use the $ on something else.

The LED only cost me $13 with shipping. That doesn't seem like a lot, considering the clear side markers were about $70 shipped. I'll post some before and after pics as soon as I have them all in. I just need to figure out how to post pics.

black_mirror,

You can go to imagestation.com and sign up. It's free and cost you nada, zilch, zero. From there, you can create a photo album and share it out. Hope that help.
