You need to rethink that one over. I admit the Z outhandles the G, but bro, it's like toyotas and lexus'. You gotta stay away from the lower class rydes and impress the hunnies

Mine was a simple choice I really wanted the Z but the Nissan dealer (3 of them) chose to ignore my a$$ when I went to buy one. After all that frustration I visited the Inifiniti dealer on a Sunday afternoon and they took the time of day to accomodate me. Transaction was quick and easy drove off with an 04 coupe and a big grin on my face.

Check out the 2006 Z... Looks damn sweet!!! But I'm still for the G.

The G has some advantages over the Z (and vice versa), but the main factor is I like the look of the G more than the Z. When I first saw the G coupe in person, I knew I had to have it. I like the look of the Z, but it's not quite the same effect. All the other stuff is just a bonus :P

Not easily done, but yes and if needed . . . You can fold the rear seats down for carts, if you're walking ( for us older guys, of course).

Price vs. 330Ci
Japanese Reliability
Cost of parts vs. European parts.

You get much more for you money, including HP. And the heated seats you have are a $500 option for BMW. Infiniti could have easily taken alot of "added" features and isolated them to bring the G up to 3-series costs...but they didn't, and thats why I drive one.

OK, here you go:

- The two rear seats were a must for me. I have two you daughters and in a pinch I may have to drive the whole family.
- The Longer warranty is great and the previous poster was correct in saying that comparably equipped, they are almost the same price.

I think it looks better aesthetically inside/out. You also get the status of owning a luxury brand. However, I finally decided to pay the price difference because I decided I couldn't live without a backseat. Oh plus Nissan service blows.

the G35's look attracted me more to it and the 4 seater was a nice option.

all in all, IMO the G35 was everything the Z has and then some ;D

I like the Z it's a great car aside from the tire feathering. As someone else stated the G is everything the Z is plus a little extra.

The main reason I chose the G is
#1 the Z had no sunroof
#2 I wanted a back seat
#3 I think the G looks better (but the Z still looks good)
#5 Infiniti service/ warranty
#6 The Nissan sales experience left quite much to be desired.
