Which exhaust should i get for the coupe?

I have a loaded 6spd coupe with an injen intake, and I want an exhaust now. But nothing out there seems worthy at this point. I want a loud exhaust that makes power. I dont want something that sounds a little different than stock. Why would i spend the money on it then.

Check out B&B Exhaust Systems at:

http://www.bbexhaust.com/

You can also view and hear a clip of their new 350Z exhaust, which will basically be the same thing as the G's.

http://www.bbexhaust.com/av/350z.html

Retail on the system is close to $900, but most everyone is selling the G's exhaust for around $850. If anyone is interested, I personaly can get them for $800! If anyone wants one, please let me know. I'm only accepting money orders at the moment, and the units will each be built to order (usually takes 1-3 days) and shipped straight out of B&B's facility in AZ. Shipping charges will be actual. If ya need more info, just drop me a line. Thanks!

I'm planning on going with Borla if I go aftermarket. They just about always have decent power gains and they don't sound like the fart cans on civics.

Re: Which exhaust should i get for the coupe?

If i do one its gona be a Amuse R1 titanium...if amuse doesnt make one specificly for the G then im gona have to mod the Z version...personaly i think its the best sounding exhaust out there for the Z so ill will do the same for the G.

in hyper rev. FULL amuse exhaust with ecu made 40HP!!! I have dyno charts to prove power gains...just no scanner at the moment.

Re: How does it sound?

Fabricate it yourself. I had a true dual system made with an X Pipe MagnaFlow Muffler and 2 Blue Streak Glaspacks. It's louder than stock when you nail it. It idles with a soft growl, sounds great, and my butt tells my it puts out more ponies. It would make more noise, if that's what you really want, if you left out the Glasspacks. However if it's just noise you want, have set of dumps made up that dump just after the cats. You don't have to buy a commercial system, you can always build your own and have it your way.

Re: How does it sound?

Oh, I almost forgot, I don't believe anyone really wants the B&Bs, it's loud. It's much like the stock system, just leaves out the resonator. For awhile, I ran the stock system with the reasonator out. I liked it better than stock, but I like the dual system I had built a lot better. Try the stock system with the resonator pulled out, you may like it, and it's cheap to do ($25.00 to $30.00).

Re: What about all the other exhausts out there?

i would wait for the Top Secret exhaust system if they do come out with one. They already have it for the 350Z. aside from that, the Amuse exhaust is pretty tight with the burnt tip look. then again, you can get the ones that are out right now like Nismo, the Fujitsubo Legalis R, B&B, and i think Stillen has one too. im waiting for the Fujitsubo Legalis R from Gruppe-s. You can try gruppe-s.com and talk to Mike or Max. they sell JDM stuff. their shippment should be coming in a couple weeks.
