The PR from Infiniti lists the 06 G35 Coupe curb weight as 3505 (AT) and 3524 (6MT). That's an increase in weight of 19 lbs and 20 lbs, respectively, over the outgoing 05 models without any corresponding increase in HP or torque.

Interesting. Must be those new projectors ...

I believe the AT has always been lighter than the MT G35.

Dont worry about the slight weight increase , the increase in final drive ratio to the 05 6mt's 3.538 should help in acceleration No more swapping pumpkins with MT owners!

Is there a reason why the m3 looking so monsterous and tank-like weighs 300 lbs less then the g35 6mt?!?!?!?!

How the hell did infiniti get its sports coupe to tip 3500 lbs

(That's 400 lbs shy of my dad's 4WD SR5 4runner and 50 lbs more then the base 2wd model!!!)
