yes, this is the biggest problem facing californians right now. forget the budget, the schools, the air and water. it's all about those deaf cops.

 

Whatever happened to the petition to remove the law that requires a front license plate? It was on this same website.

 

although i agree that it violates our constitutional rights on illegal search and seizure, let's face the facts....laws like these will easily get passed and will be almost impossible to remove. most of the voters are older, caucasian citizens who support such laws. those most affected by these laws do NOT vote. so, therein lies the problem.
