I'm in the same boat as you with the totaled 1st G.

A house fire a year ago destroyed my whole home and my G. This is my second G35, this time DG and 6mt.

IM me at souvlaki99 sometime....we'll all get together, cruise around, and turn heads all around the 7.3.2.

Man, that is so horrible Poor car.

Anyway, the hell with front plates. I'm approaching 10,000 miles and only got ONE ticket for no front plate so far. $50 no big deal, but the cop pulled me over for speeding anyway and let me off with that instead, so thats one of the reasons I like leaving it off. But it makes the car look a lot nicer without it.

By the way, let me know if you 732ers know this location!

Hey guys sorry i took soo long to reply. Thank you for all the positive feedback. I love this forum, i have learned soo much from it. The G has been amazing and it makes driving so much more enjoyable. I agree with Mitch, we should all meet up and go cruising. We would definately turn some heads.

Drive safe and enjoy!

Lou

I'm deffinetly down for a cruse.

Anyway, I was wondering if you knew the pic. Its a road called Burke Road, referred to as "burkes" basically its just a vacant road with a huge 2 mile stretch of opened road with a toxic waste dump near it and a dead end. Theres a motocross track and about 4-5 miles of dirtbike/quad trails in the woods and there are street races and dirtbikes and quads there all the time. I would never street race there, its a little narrow and dangerous, but its deffinetly a great place to safely open up the G. Right in Freehold near 537 across from where centra state is.
