Skunk2 Racing Plenum Spacer Group Buy

Skunk2 VQ35 Plenum Spacer

I have secured a group buy for the soon to be released SKunk2 VQ35 intake manifold plenum spacer. This is the spacer to outdo the others currently out on the market. 10+Hp gain from simple bolt on that will dramatically increase air volume on the G35 and 350Z.

500 to be set aside with about 2-4 weeks turnaround or sooner depending on how fast we take this group buy to Skunk2.

Group buy price will be $192.00 plus $10 shipping to anywhere in the USA. Outside sales from the US will take International shipping charges.

All those interested should send me an email with name, address, phone and return email address for confirm. After the first 100 are in shipping will start.
If you would like to pay in advance to secure your Skunk2 Plenum Spacer, please send via Paypal..$192.00 plus $10 shipping to G35RacerX@aol.com. This account is also set up for Credit Card if needed.

I have seen and tested the product and find it to be the best plenum option I have seen yet.

Email me questions if needed.

1. what size is the spacer?

2. has this mod been actually tested?

3. if so can we see a before/after dyno sheet on compairing stock to spacer? with both 03-04 and 05s?

4. how about an actual picture of their spacer?

Based on the note in the description ("Factory plastic plenum cover and strut tower bar can not be used"), it sounds like this spacer is probably about the same size as the Motordyne 1/2" spacer. Just a guess.

Questions?

The Plenum is a hair larger than the Motodyne. 10+Hp gain. I am currently working on adapters to retro fit factory covers to spaced plenums. Hope to have them avail soon.

Dyno is being done this weekend and hope to have the results posted before and after each run with and without the spacer.

The spacer works on all 2003 to 2005 G35's

Will this fit with the engine cover?

I'm in if the dynos are good and it fits.

How do you know that it provides 10hp gain when you haven't even done dyno's yet? Is it because you're assuming it should get similar results to the Motordyne spacer, since it is essentially the same exact thing, except the composition material?

What makes this product better than the other spacers that already exist on the market? The brand name SKUNK2? The material that may or may not lower intake temp, resulting in any questionable significant gain in HP?

It's nice to receive the heads-up on a new product. Like similar ones on the market, the customer base would be huge if conclusive testing data were available. As was mentioned, a need-to-know item would be if it works just as efficiently on an '05 6MT.

I like the composite material. Like others, I'd consider it an option if testing proves it equall or better than the competition. Without that data, it might just be too soon for a group buy. A $30+ savings just isn't enough for me to jump before it's shown that there is something to jump for.

I hope it tests well, as competition works in our favor.
