a friend was telling me i should get titanium tint on my car its a dg and i thouught he meant its those straght out mirrior tints but he said its black tint wiht a little shine too it.. does anyone have pics of this?? i wana see how it looks

 

Charcoal - cheapest but fades.. its a pure black
Titanium - helps absorb heat, not completely black and reflects only a little bit if u shine light at a certain angle
Quantum (sp?) - looks like a mirror

btw thats titanium 5% rear 15% front

 

35% front 5% rear..

 

Platinum tint will look mirrored in direct sunlight and less mirrored in darker light. I have 30% on my desert platinum and like the look. People have commented the black outline on rear triangle windows stands out too much with the platinum tint. It doesn't bother me at all.

 

I'd go with the titanium tint if your ryde's DG. Just makes everything look clean rather than DG body, black tint. Can't get any better than kzanard's photos.

 

Id go with charcoal only on a DG coupe.

 

You're biased tho...you already have charcoal tint. haha
