05' Brake upgrade recommendations

Wazzz up all,

Just picked up my G... (luv it!!!) looking into upgrading my stock brakes to aftermarket ones, however, I don't want to void any factory warranty and want to keep my stock 19's on.

Would like to get big brake set up if the price is only a K or two difference.

Not looking to set up her up as a racer, just want to spice her up.

Any recommendations would be cool... thanks.

Welcome and post some pics eh... The stock brake are pretty good but under hard braking they will fade. If your not tracking the car I would save the money and wait till the time comes to change the brakes. Upgrade should be done at that time in my opinion.

Why not just upgrade the pads, rotors, lines and fluid? And at the same time paint the calipers, they won't be blingtastic like a BBK BUT they will stop and feel MUCH better then stock. And besides with abs and street tires you are only going to be able to stop so fast...Eventually you will just end up almost locking up a wheel.

Thanks... for the hospitality.

This site is awesome for a newbie.... honestly, I luv her the way I got her, so I may just listen to your suggestions and plan on those other upgrades.

But let me get past the honey moon phase first.

Maybe then I will consider some upgrades, just wanted to see what would be the best choices around once I opted for something sexy.
