If that thing has a turbo on it I will eat my shorts and yours as well. Please do not bother to use the "I saw it on the Net reply". Beemer is just not a turbo company and they are not going to experiment with it on one of their icon rides. They'll just stuff a sweet aluminum block 8 in there and bang the hell out of it. Turbos don't have the durability BMW demands - they ain't gone there so far and I doubt we'll see it any time soon. I bet we S/C first.

The next M3 is supposed to have the current M5 V10 minus two cylinders making 400hp NA. However, there are rumors that BMW will produce a turbo'd car that sits between the 330 and M3. This also means that the next M3 will be significantly more expensive than the current gen.

I'm just 18. I'm hoping by the time i am 24-25 i can afford a $better car. People generally always look to upgrade, maybe thats why... or people are expecting their incomes to rise in the near future.

IS 350 Coupe when it is hopefully offered in '07.
I believe Car and Driver Ocotber issue tested the '06 Auto 6 speed with paddle shifters at 0-60 in 5.1 seconds. I'd "settle" for an auto IS350 sedan if it really performs that well. Hopefully other mags can repeat that performance.

I just do not believe in paying over $50k for a car, any car, so no P cars or ///M or ///AMG cars for me.
