Heated Seats - A Mind of Their Own

Not sure if this is the best place of this post (accept my apologies if not), but I had a question about my heated seats. Got my 05 G35c a few months back and recently noticed that the drivers side seat heater is turning on by itself. I double check the switch and it is set to off (I didn't accidentally turn it on). This is becoming a real pain as the weather has been pretty warm, and my A/C doesn't cool my back. Anybody body else seeing an issue like this? I just called my dealer and they don't have a clue.

Has to be a faulty switch.
The contacts are not openning properly.

If there's delay getting in to get it fixed, pull the fuse.

Did you accidently spill something to cause the circuitry to malfunction?

Thanks for the replies... no I didn't spill anything (I rarely have any liquids in my car) and no the light for the seat heater isn't on, but it keeps on pumping out heat. This doesn't happen all the time, just every so often. I think I'm going crazy!

Heat

Yea, I also find myself checking and making sure the switch is off. But I only feel it in hot days on the way back from work, so I assumed it's just me and the heat. I'm glad I'm not alone, but I think if it doesn't happen all the time than it's not the switch.
