i just bought one, but i want to know can i get the lexus is300 shift ball, on there. and also is it screw on, on the top? And also i have a 2005, will i notice a great difference just like the guys who own a 2003 or 2004 model. is the stick the same for all these years?

 

If the lexus is 300 ball will fit the stock thread it will fit the RE shifter thread. Same exact thread pattern n size. RE makes a huge difference and you will notice a nice difference initially but after a few weeks when you get used to it, I reco to drive someone elses stock shifter and you will be VERY impressed.
