I have the software to unlock it, and get the code, the problem is i got my unlock code, but i dont know where to type it in, like where is the menu for it. in the I730

 

I used to be a hustla with nextels but I stopped the business because of Nextels horrible service. I am now with T-Mo and my sidekick2 and loving it.

But anyways, unlocking is only for boost mobiles. People unlock boost mobiles in order to use their Nextel SIM card in it. There's no purpose in unlocking Nextel (Retail) phones. You can, at anytime, pop in a boost sim and it will work on the boost network. In order to use a boost phone on the nextel network, it must be unlocked. I hope I came out clear

Boost Phone + Nextel SIM = Needs Unlocking.
Nextel Phone + Boost SIM = No Unlocking Needed.

 

but how do i get to the menu to enter the subsidy lock in the nextel I730, i got the code

 

In order for the phone to prompt you for the code, you must pop in a boost sim.
