Black is sexy as hell, but you have to maintain like no tomorrow.. it depends on how much effort you are willing to put in to keep it clean..

Funny thing =) My friend has a black one and i have an SS one and i get TWICE the compliments that he does =)

It really makes the car look sharp. It appeals to the more mature sport coupe crowd i think =) Not the ricer crowd....

I had the same problem at first, I swore I wouldnt buy anything other than black. The dealer called me up to tell me he had 2 coupes in stock, and that I needed to come in right away to look at them. I went in, and there was a black and a silver one next to each other, and I fell in love immediately. I bought the silver, and wouldnt change my decision for anything in the world! I love it!

+1 for brilliant silver metallic

black

i would go with the black. the diamond graphite looks okay, but it's too plain. personally i like the ivory pearl, but it's a hard color to find

Always wanted a black car and finally got it in 2000 with my prelude. After the first year, i got really sick of maintaining it and now my car has so much scratches and dings and swirl marks.

Now with DG, oh man night and day different. Go with DG if you don't have the time to maintain your car every 3 to 5 days.

^ Same as me....that saying "you only own black once" applies to me. If you look at my original pic you can see the corner of my black civ...I wasn't about to make the same mistake twice.

These are pics from some guy on the forum. After looking at these pictures, I fell in love and Im getting black no matter what.

If you really wanna have the sexiest car on the BLOCK, go BLACK. Just be ready to treat your G as if it were your body, showerin' daily lol

Yea, now make it look like that....or else its just another stock black one....but I do have to admit that car makes it worth it...

And for some reason the rear view of that car makes it look good without a spoiler...the way its dropped and rims and all ( I am not a fan of the no spoiler Gs)

ok that does look HOT! BUT ive seen ALOT of black G's and none ever looked that good. Too many swirls and dust. You have to wash/wax then "QUICK TAKE THE PICTURE...oh damn we waited too long...lets wash it and try again"

With that said....that does look nicer then my SS and i have yet to see one in person that can beat my SS cleaned up....I think its the wheels tho...DAMN nice.
