After months of deciding which car to buy, I have finally decided to order soon a 06 G35 6mt. This will not be my daily driver, and I was set on black, until I saw diamond graphite. I cannot decide between black and diamond graphite. Please give me your opinions and some pictures. Thanks.

Well, you should just look at the modifications, wheels, sub-forums under black or DG cars. That should give you a good idea of sweet cars with their respective colors. But my biased opinion would be Black of course. So if you go with DG, are you going to make a new login name (06DGG356MT)? <= that looks kind of weird???

 

black looks nicer.. specially at night.. but DG is soo much easier to maintain... If you think about it, DG is the closest you can get to black without all the hassle.. just my opinion though..

 

My 04 G was a black,
very hard to keep it clean : /

After the accident,
I decided to go with 05 DG G.
It's very easy to maintain, but I also feel something is missing.

I say both both look nice but man, it's like you can look good in the black 2 days a week and look good in the DG 7 days a week. Your choice!

 

I've always had black cars and I wanted it this time too but figured IP was the best color for this car so went with it. Black is second choice for me followed by Red, BS, DG. AB. LS. I would not bother to put the remaining. To me, DG look much less luxurious than Black. Luxury is big part of having this car.

 

BLACK is sexy, but very hard to maintain. There are times when i wish i had lighter colors so it would be easier to clean

 

black looks nice but its definitly more played out then DG

 

DG all day long! Everytime I see a black car all I see are swirl marks. I dont care how shiny it looks you still see swirls. You will get rock chips no matter what you do, our paint is as cheap as it comes and will definitely see them more on a black G.

 

def get the DG.........having a black car is wayyyyyyy too much work

but i have a black one, and when my friend saw me pass him on the freeway at 100, its sexy... real sexy

DG is nice too, but if its a weekend driver... black it is

 

Serengati Sand or Athens Blue ....

Black is lots of work and doesnt stay clean long...
