Hi, I posted a thread about my clung~ sound from my engine bay but could't get the answer... cuz some people said its normal.. but I think people are understanding something wrong... cuz my clung~ noise happens when I change gear from 1st to 2nd... not when i release the clutch from 1st to 2nd.. but when I press the clutch all the way in from 1st gear... it makes Clung~ sound... sometimes from 2nd to 3rd gear... my g has only 3000 miles on it... whats wrong.... is it normal as other people said..?? but I thought other people's problem was when they release the clutch from 1st to 2nd gear... my problem is when i press the clutch to change gear 1st to 2nd...
and YES, I am new to manual tranny... I appreciate your advises and help.. thanks

 

If you shift hard and the car is cold, I believe it will make that click sound. If you shift easy and the car is warm it will not. I believe it is Normal.

Once you get used to the car, you will begine to learn what to do and what not to do. You just got to get used to the feel

Normal, again. "If it drives, it works". Thats my theory on Infiniti's transmission since it is one of the noisiest I have ever heard in my life.

 

well.... I guess its my driving habit.... and guess i just have to get used to it... thanks alot for the adivises....... now i know its normal, i just have to concentrate on my driving habit... kekekeke
