IMPORT PERFORMANCE WAREHOUSE :

I ordered PIA bulbs from them over a week ago and heard nothing. I sent them several e-mail asking what the status of my order was and got not reply. Has anyone had a bad experience with them before? I am not even shore if my order when thru?. What would you guys do.

i would check if your c.c. has been run thru, and if it has, then cancel it. wat else can u do?

 

i've always have gotten my bulbs w/ in 2 day or so, have u tried callin them?

 

i got mine 2 days as well

 

Me too, I've ordered 2-3 times from them and never had a problem.

 

i think a lot of performance auto shops are busy right now cuz of sema or other big car shows going on right now. athough it's bad customer service, it's only been a week since you made the order. i would wait on it and perhaps try calling them.
