G Got hit Last night

Well last night as I am coming home and turning left on a side street. Some total retard just went left onto the street I just turned from WHILE I am turning and hit the back end of my car.

He scratched and slightly pushed in my back bumper. Scratched the top area above that piece, and scratched my RIM pretty bad.

You wanna know the worst part of it all? The son of a B doesnt have a licence, doesnt have insurance, and even his licence plates dont match his car. So he gets taken to jail. He got four tickets. I gotta go to court on the 21st of October. No body will end up paying my 250 dollar deductable, and now theres an accident report listed under my car.

So basically I took it up the A$$ yesterday from this piece of Sh#t and hell probably be out of the country by the time court comes around. Hes only been in the US for 3 months.

Ill see if I can get picks up later. Its not bad, but Im losing money out of this because he dont have insurance.

Sorry to hear about that bro...but hey, at least you don't drive here in California where a quarter of the drivers don't have licenses or even documents! btw...may I ask, what ethnicity was he?

He was a mexican native whos been in the united states 3 months now. The cop said he proabably wont be in the country much longer and probably wont show to court.

I have the uninsured insurance. But to repair my car I still have to pay the 250 deductable, and if they win money in court from him I get it back. But they proabably wont win anything off him , and I will lose my 250.

Yep now theres an Accident on my car's record.

Will it show how small of a hit it is? Or just say accident, because that could be misleading. a Small hit doesnt mean it was in a major crash they should distinguish how bad it was.

a piece of crap pick up truck. No clue on the brand or year. I was too angry to care. His bumper broke and fell off, and I think his front light broke.

Sucks dude. I feel your pain. I just got my car out of the shop a couple weeks ago. They fixed it up and fixed some curb rash on my rims. Bonus! It is a headache though.

Well, if you were thinking about adding a body kit, spoiler, or whatever...you could get it done now...seeing that you are obligated to get some paint work done.

I'm not sure, but I don't think it will count against you if it isn't your fault. I had a total loss on my record from my last accident (Isuzu Rodeo) and when I went and got insurance, they said that the accident didn't make my premium go up.

I'm not sure what kind of insurance you have but my insurance's uninsured motorists coverage doesn't make me pay a deductible. have you contacted your insurance yet. Well. It was just a thought.
