My New G35

I should be recieving my new G35 this month. It's has a Diamond Graphite exterior with a Graphite interior. It has the Aero Pkg, Premium Pkg, Splash Guards, and Trunnk Mat. I can't wait.

I did have a couple of questions. I plan on getting the Clear Bra and Tints as soon as possible and getting some lock nuts for the rims. Can anyone help me think of anything else I should get soon after buying the car.

Also, is there anything I need to watch out for when I actually buy the car, like what the dealer might try to get away with.

Re: My New G35

I put the clear bra and tint on in the first couple of weeks of owning my coupe. I ended up doing the full hood, fenders, bumper and mirrors. I chose full hood because my car is black and so paint chips and the like will stand out. It definately works!!. I am in SoCal, so I got mine done and Evisage Design labs in Torrance. They did a great job.

As for the tint, I got HuperOptik 40 on the drivers and passenger's windows, the rear quarter windows and the the rear window. i was not looking for a dark look, i wanted functional protection (black interior). Came out great but more expensive than regular metallic tint.

As for other things, i just cosmetic stuff like clears corners (Japenparts.com) and Alum. Pedals from Grubbs Infiniti.

Thats it for now!!

Take care

Mike.

Re: My New G35

Get a Valentine 1 radar detector.

Skip the Nitrous and get the supercharger. A couple of guys have damaged their engines already with the nitro

Re: My New G35

Thanks for all the helpful suggestions. Although, I doubt I'll be getting a supercharger or nitrous anytime soon. The radar detector isn't something I thought about. I currently drive a 1998 M3 and haven't gotten pulled over yet. (Knock on wood)
