I wouldn't even let the dealer handwash your car if its black. The one time I did, they swirled the bejesus out of it. With all the cars that go in and out of there getting free washes, do you really think they bother bringing out a clean wash cloth just for your car? No, they'll use the same one they just used on that filthy QX4.
