Re: 350Z owners.. anyone notice?
"The Z06 handles incredibly well " and so on...
Thanks for the great writeup, Z06. It's particularly interesting to hear the direct comparisons to the G35C. Its stability while cornering on rough pavement is indeed a fine thing, drastically better than my BMW 325is/sport was.

Z06ified, you got any pics of your car online somwhere?

Sure, here's one I took yesterday, next to my G. Can you tell which car has Zaino, and which doesn't? (Both were freshly washed)

That sucks that you gotta have the front plate on. I'm sooo glad we don't have that law here!! BTW, how come no plate on G?
<hr></blockquote>
Funny you mention that, because I'm about ready to take the front late back off again. I just moved here from NY a few months ago. I've heard they're not too strict about it here in SoCal, and if you do get a ticket for it, you can get out of it by putting the plate back on in a given time period. So I'm thinking of taking a chance.
No front plate on the G because I don't have any plates for it yet. Just got the car a month ago, and it takes 6-8 weeks for the new plates to arrive in the mail. I don't think I want to put the front plate on the G - not to keen on having to drill holes into the bumper to put the mount on. At least with the vette its easy to switch back and forth with no hole drilling.
CA has a really nice looking special plate I was thinking of getting that has an American flag background as a 9/11 memorial and "We will never forget" at the bottom. If I get that plate for the Z06, I'll use the front plate again.

Re: 350Z owners.. anyone notice?
i saw a lady in her blue sedan with her kids, and we both gave each other thumbs up. Her kids along with her were really excited about the coupe, because they understand the feeling of owning a 'G'. I slowed down and we all smiled. There are some people who can ruin it for everyone, but we shouldn't let them. After all majority of G coupe/sedan and Z owners are cool. let's not let those bad apples ruin it for everyone. Just ignore them.
