I just ordered a 2004 on LI (New York). Dealer says that it will likely be Sept, maybe early Oct. before it comes in, but maybe the early 2004s will trickle in in late August. Wanted to know if anyone else has decided to play the waiting game. For a month or two, would rather have the extra year on the nodel. Supposedly no real changes to the 2004. Ordered Desert Sand, 6MT, Premium.

 

why? Your insurance is gonna be more, and your gonna pay extra for registration tags, just so you can say that you have an '04?? seems kinda dumb to me, but its your money, so do what you wish.

 

I'm waiting for an '04, and I bet I'll be paying more for registration than you will, thanks to Gray Davis - the berk! OH well. It'll be worth it. 2nd year models have 14% fewer glitches than first year.

there are a couple sedans with the color in the photo gallery. It's basically a kind of navy blue, maybe one shade lighter but appearing black at night. [img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img]

i ordered one in beginning of june. car is an S order (late aug, most likely early sept).

i orig didn't care if 03 or 04. second model yr has less bugs, couple of minor tweaks.

either way, i'm happy, but counting the days.
